What you type
A form receives what you put in it. Your name, your phone, an email if you choose to add one, where you said the export sits, and the short note about the charge that got mixed. There is no hidden field that adds a fact you did not type.
If you pick a time on the booking page, Microsoft Bookings takes those details for us and they reach the same practice. The calendar frame stays empty until you ask for it.
What is collected on its own
A page view can store two random identifiers in your own browser, one that lasts and one that ends when the tab closes, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags on the link. It stays on our server. It exists so we can see which pages earn their keep.
If the browser sends Do Not Track, that recording does not happen.
There is no advertising pixel, no visitor-identification service, and no third-party analytics. The network that delivers the pages logs ordinary request data for security and rate limits.
Why it is held
To answer you, to prepare for the call you asked for, to do the work if you engage us, to see which pages are useful, to keep automated junk out of the form, and to meet ordinary record duties.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for someone else's advertising. No decision about you is made by a machine alone.
How long, and how it goes
An enquiry is kept while it is being answered, and for as long as an engagement and the records behind it require. If you would rather we did not keep it, say so on the phone and it goes.
You can ask what we hold and ask for a correction. The same phone number reaches the person who can do that.
If this page changes
The month named at the top of this page moves when the page changes. A material change is made here, not announced on some other screen.
Names on an export
If you send a billing export, it may list members. You can cover the names before you send it. We need the product, the date, and the shape of the items. A roster is not required for the first look, and a roster is not published.
A note in the form is stored with the phone number on that form, so the note can be answered. It is not added to a mailing list, and it is not sold.
